  • 1-Year Hardware Warranty:

BLu Haven’s PCs come with a comprehensive 1-year hardware warranty. This ensures that your computer is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with the hardware during this period, we’ll repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you.

  • Shipping Information:

For the first 30 days from the date of purchase, BLu Haven PC Repair & Builds will cover the cost of shipping for any warranty-related service. After this initial period, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping if the computer needs to be sent in for service.
